Knitting, playing mental games like Sudoko, chess


Healthy games like tennis, pickle ball keeps you active

Avoids urinary tract infection, electrolyte imbalance


3 or more litters of water a day, fruits intake increase


Relish herbal tea if you wish


Keep diabetes under control


Lessen carbo -hydrate  intake


Increase your protein intake


Take snacks like Rava dosa, ragi dosa, pesarattu for dinner


Avoid dinner by taking above snacks


Your sugar level sure to comedown


Remember high sugar levels affect kidneys


Improve your heart health


Limit your drinking to low
