Fitness  to live better, happier, healthier

It is not just the exercise, you do  daily for an hour

Six  components  lead to total fitness

Social, Emotional, Physical

Mental, Medical and spiritual

Man is a social animal

Needs good friendship and get on well with people

Man is an emotional being

Look after how we feel and respect self and other beings

Man needs to be physically fit

To cope up with  physical demands 

You need a healthy diet

Eat a healthy and balanced diet

You need to be strong in mental  plane

Positivity towards self and others in community

You need to be medically healthy

Free from illness and disease

You need to be spiritual

Governed  by self belief systems that guide morals, values and  attributes
