ONE BRILLIANT CHILD (OBC)
One brilliant child
Had aspirations high
Acquired MCom BEd
Did his parents proud
Had a dream as a child
He too ride a horse on his wedding procession
He did, a group furious over his action
Pulled him out and tore his shirt and thrashed
People around on this action perplexed
Riding on horse only for elite
Not OBC’S delight
OBC has mettle as high as you
OBC why then deny you
Father of the boy in tears
Thirty five years back scene he remembers
He too rode a horse on his wedding procession
He too was pulled and subject to humiliation
Why deny simple pleasures to less privileged
Oh privileged lend your ears to their pain
And from such acts refrain
You shall as noble reign
Oh Bharat change(OBC)
