Free of  major disease, healthy general living


Get your blood pumping, strength training,


Physical balancing, keep moving for the fun of it


Practice yoga, tai chi, what ever you like


Enjoy what you like,  that pleases mind and  feeds the soul


Eat well, eat healthy, follow it with exercise routine


Small walks or seated exercise will do good to you


 Sit and do Static cycling ,while  TV  you view


Leafy greens, root vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats


And lean proteins benefit you much


Spend time with grand children, keep your memory active


Make sure you chant  daily sloka or prayers to your almighty


Will keep your memory fit and fine


Pray to Him to keep you happy ,healthy
