Hold the breath for 12 seconds
Exhale slowly for 6 seconds
BREATHE HOLD EXHALE RATIO
1:3:1.5
Increase it to
1:4:1.5
That is inhale for 4seconds hold for16 seconds exhale for 6 seconds
