Breathe, a mindful breathe


A deep mindful  breathe


Balances nervous system


Reinforces respiratory system


Lowers blood pressure


Reduces stress


Activates Lymphatic system


That plays a big role in Immunization  system


Immune system fights against illness


Eat,Exercise, Sleep well


Breathe mindful, immunity builds well


Develop positive thinking


Makes your life happier


Brain the controller of synapses


Synapses fire with our thoughts


Lymphatic and immune systems are chemical based


Brains and bones collection of chemicals


Air we breathe converts to chemicals


Chemicals fuel our blood chemistry


Breathe better, immune systems work better


Anxiety, depression, hormone imbalance controller


Breathe, certainly immunity booster


Breathing mindful is simple


Avoid  shallow  chest breathing


Do belly breathing


Breathe deep, smooth, even , continuous


Let it be quiet and conscious


Breathe in slowly and watch the belly raise


Breathe in say for 4 seconds, let the belly raise


Hold the breath for 12 seconds


Exhale slowly for 6 seconds


BREATHE HOLD EXHALE RATIO


1:3:1.5


Increase it to


1:4:1.5


That is inhale for 4seconds hold for16 seconds exhale for 6 seconds


Do this daily and build up your immune system


Corona days ,improving immune system helps a lot
