Get relief to believe
Lie in Savasana pose
Relaxed breathing in and out goes
Mind you concentrate on Him
Pray with reverence to Him
With the tip of index finger
Press the top of thumb finger
Enhances the concentration
Pray with reverence to Him

Meaning
Doer of all good things
Who protects from adversaries
Repository of immeasurable love and compassion

I pray obeisance to you
Lie in savasana   pose
Body and mind relaxed
Facing up, hands on side
Breathe in relaxed manner
Breathe in slowly
Fill your belly
Hold for sometime
Exhale pavan (air) towards your feet
During inhalation toes bent inward
During exhalation push it to normal
