Do it a few times a day and benefit
Stand on one leg , alternate between left and right
Improves your stability saves you from falls
Wall push ups improve strength in chest, shoulders and arms
Stand on toes and heels alternately.holding on to a support
Strengthens lower legs and ankles
Improve your bone density, heart health and endurance
Do brisk walk for a short time
