In life we experience emotions five
Like our fingers five
Enjoyment, fear, anger, sadness, disgust
emotions bind us to our near and dear
they to our lives add flavor
they are drivers to our behavior
you know them as our life conditioners
In life let Enjoyment peak, like our middle finger
on happiness, contentment, compassion
joy, pride, amusement, excitement, satisfaction
Lack of enjoyment leads to stress
leads to worry and no focus
Next emotion is Fear
points our pointing finger
fear on threat mild to severe
worried, nervous, makes us anxious
confused, stressed, panicked
Anxious, terrified and desperate
Even in dreams, Fear create
next emotion is Anger
Anger controller ring finger
Loved ones help in getting over
anger when annoyed, frustrated
cheated, infuriated, irritated
feeling bitter insulted
mad, one is cheated
next emotion is Sadness
let in life be very less
like our little finger
sadness leads to a feeling of rejection
leads to loneliness, heart broken emotion
miserable feeling of disappointment
hopeless. gloomy, situation unpleasant

deep breathing in anger

calm breathing will put you in healthy state
