You start looking into mirror

Note changing shades of hair

Turning from black to gray

Shows old age begins this way.

Unavoidable, , problem ridden phase

Old age , for everyone inevitable phase

Problems physiological , emotional

And biological, make them functional

Clarity of thinking begins to reduce

Memories of people and places confuse

Decline or cessation of sex

Bone diseases begin to vex.

Old age most unexpected one sees

Bringing wrinkles, sagging bodies

Frustrating forgetfulness to man

Conquer with positive outlook you can

Average life expectancy gone up

Past in a rosy way begin to look up

Emotions and memory there is a link

In younger ones you find it weak..

More time enjoy with family

Get more respect and less stress

Attitude governs health, happiness

Change from silver plate means less.

Never will you ever imagine

Mothers day begins with no gas to cook
Blowing the fire on logs of wood

No washing machine of these days
