BREATHE

                 BREATHE


People breathe in different ways


A good breathing benefits always


Shun the shallow breathe


Promote the deep breathing through nose


Chest breathing are shallow breathe


Belly breathe fills lungs with more air


Belly breathing reduces your heart rate


Lower your BP, feeling  great


Be mindful of your breathing, chest or belly


Correct your ways to belly and benefit nicely


Note a deep breath releases stress


When in stress breathe to belly, 


hold and release through mouth slowly


When running deep  breathing helps


Jumping jack requires deep nose breathing


You require more oxygen to do rigorous exercise


Always avoid mouth breathing and practice nose breathing


Breathe   properly  for a better health
