Relax with n things for you pleasant
The five senses in you
See, touch, smell, hear, taste
Use it to benefit, sure great
Breathe changes moods
Breathe in for 4 seconds
Retain for 8 seconds
Release for 8 seconds
Rejuvenating, pleasant
Smell flowers, scents or spices
Mood   changer, in them lies
Laugh, laugh, laughs
You forgot them after childhood alas
Life is amazing, gratitude is pleasing
Use it generously, rewards plenty
Place after I AM……………
