Cool off taking a deep breath, act not in haste

Seek advise from trusted dear ,better if you consider
Contempt a willful disobedience resulting in disrespect situation
In relationships, build with in you appreciation, respect and better communication
Avoid woodpecker syndrome of repeated arguments
Appreciation displaces contempt with respect
Disgust a strong disapproval aroused by unpleasant offensive
Just like muscles can be strengthened by practice
Overcome disgust with pleasant substitutes openness
Build tolerance in your attitudes, disgust vanishes
Sad, grief or unhappiness over something bad
Sense of emptiness over something enjoyed earlier

React with wide open eyes.raising eyebrows, yelling and gasping,
Unexpected visitors on your birthday, unexpected moves you experience
A pleasant emotion mostly, giving you lasting happiness, in memory to sense
